Can I renew prescriptions by phone?

No - appointments should be made. If you find you are running out of your medications, please call and make an appointment to come in. Give yourself 1-2 weeks notice when you see that your medications are running out. If you are in a jam, it is possible to have your prescription renewed for a small fee. Please refer to the Fees section for more details.

How do I sign up into Dr. Khan's Family Health Organization practice?

To help streamline the process, we are only accepting patients through the Ministry of Health's Health Connect Program.Please register online through http://www.ontario.ca/healthcareconnect What should I do if I can't get an appointment right away? If it is not possible to be seen the same day you should go to the After Hours Clinic from 5pm to 8pm Monday to Friday, or anytime/anywhere on weekends or holidays.

Can I contact Dr. Khan directly for questions?

Generally an appointment is required to see Dr. Khan. If you are not able to come in, you can take advantage of online communication with Dr. Khan by clicking the links above.
